A Graduate research assistant position is available at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA) and Department of Communication, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The successful candidate will work on research and development of video, audio, sensor and textual annotations within a self-describing workflow framework. The work will be supervised by Dr. Peter Bajcsy and Dr. Scott Poole at NCSA, and the research results will be presented at scientific conferences.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
Applicants should have interest, and some background and expertise in working with video, audio and various sensors and java programming language.
Compensation
GRA rate will be provided and will follow the degree-granting department guidelines.
