The University of Padova, Italy: 15 Doctoral Grants For Foreign Students

The University of Padova, Italy, sponsored by the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Padova e Rovigo, will offer 15 fully funded grants for foreign (non-Italian) graduate students starting doctoral courses in January 2009. The grants include all University and Department fees, full board at the University accommodation and provide an additional personal scholarship of 10.561,54 € per year for a total of 3 years. Applicants should have a strong academic background and must have completed a second-level (Master) degree course on a relevant topic at a non-Italian academic institution. English language skills are also essential, though applicants will be able to take advantage of the language courses provided by the University.
